Students Sue Catholic High School for Forcing Them Out Over False ‘Blackface’ Accusations

Two students are suing St. Francis High School in Mountain View, California, alleging that administrators confused their green acne facial treatments with “blackface,” and then forced them out of the school. The lawsuit claims that even after the school’s administrators were informed of the truth, they “continued to defame and scapegoat” the students.

Group Files Discrimination Lawsuit Against Yale, Appeals Harvard Case to Supreme Court

Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA), a group seeking to fight racial discrimination in academia, has filed a lawsuit against Yale University challenging the school’s discriminatory admissions policy. The group has also filed an appeal to the Supreme Court of its lawsuit against Harvard alleging discrimination agianst Asian-American applicants.

SUNY Geneseo Suspends Education Student for Saying ‘A Man Is A Man, A Woman Is A Woman’

State University of New York (SUNY) Geneseo has suspended an education student from required teaching programs after he expressed his views on biology in a social media post. In one video, the student says that “a man is a man,” and “a woman is a woman.” The university states that the student’s conservative social media posts call into question his ability to “maintain a classroom environment protecting the mental and emotional well-being of all of [his] students.”

Coronavirus: Washington High School Band Uses Individual Tents to Practice

Students at Wenatchee High School in Wenatchee, Washington, conducted band practice while standing inside of individual pop-up tents last week in an auditorium on campus. Comical images of the band practice, including a tuba player squeezed inside the small tents, have gone viral on social media.

Website Tracks Critical Race Theory Curriculums at Universities Across U.S.

A new website launched by Cornell Law Professor William Jacobson is tracking Critical Race Theory curriculums and training at universities across the country, offering an interactive map so that parents can see which schools are promoting the theory — an ideology that the site says “objectifies people based on race.”
